Station is functional as a pair (sender/receiver)

Release pair is on master, development is on the develop branch.

• ADC solar value to receiver
• CHGSTATUSB to receiver
• ADC for wind direction, move code to receiver
• LoRaWAN protocol layer integration as an option
• Additional sensor support. Not going to happen, better suited for LoRaWAN solution.

Working to finalize the current senson and hardware structure changes

• 1.0.2 beta is started in develop branch

• ADC for solar is confirmed present

• Charging status indicator is being transmitted

• Started a develop branch for receiver
