Current sense transformer can be looped through center of transformer. You can keep this wiring off the PCB or connect the feeder to the PCB and use smaller gauge wire local to the PCB.

Functionality

ATTINY85 must be programmed or PCB is non-functional

1sec hold time on ACTIVE detection, will reduce flicker due to dirty wheel sets. This time is programmable.
